B2B orders and invoices
Northline supports business customers from order placement to invoice and bank transfer payment, with clear steps at every stage of the account.
Three administrative pillars
Each part of the commercial process is documented, so procurement teams know what was ordered, invoiced, and paid.
Business customers place orders through a structured WooCommerce flow, with account details confirmed before an order is processed.
Each order produces an official digital invoice, available to the account holder from the customer order page at any time.
Payment is made by SEPA bank transfer to the company account, and the order is cleared once the transfer is received.
From request to reconciliation
01
Submit the purchase requisition through the shop and confirm your business account details at checkout.
02
An official digital invoice is issued for the order and dispatched to the account holder.
03
Settle the invoice by SEPA transfer, quoting the order reference shown on the invoice.
04
Check order status and past invoices on the customer order page to close the account.
